VISION
"We are a welcoming and tolerant community, we are engaged and passionate, we are proud of our City and we know we can be even better!"
Nancy sees that we need to have a clear vision and political will to manage inevitable change and not let outside force define us. "I think there are 4 pillars that we all cherish and need to protect that define the culture of our community. Most importantly, the foundation of those pillars is our people."
